OmniSpine Pain Management was founded in 2015 with a clear and local purpose: to provide compassionate, evidence-based pain care that genuinely improves quality of life. We began as a small team who saw that many patients were living with chronic pain but weren’t receiving the comprehensive, individualized care they deserved. From the beginning, our vision was to create a practice where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered—a place that blends advanced medical treatments with a holistic understanding of each person’s unique experience. We set out to offer more than symptom relief; our goal has always been to help patients regain function, restore hope, and return to the activities that matter most. Today, that founding vision continues to guide us as we integrate the latest advancements in pain medicine, expand access to multidisciplinary care, and uphold a patient-first philosophy in everything we do.

Beyond providing care, our ultimate mission is to help patients reclaim their lives. Throughout the day, we work together to support a mix of consultations, follow-up visits, and minimally invasive procedures. While the structure is consistent, each patient’s needs bring something new—so it’s a predictable schedule with a meaningful sense of variety.

One of our proudest moments has been becoming the first practice in our region to offer minimally invasive sacroiliac joint fusions and achieving outstanding outcomes for patients who had struggled for years without answers. We are equally proud of maintaining one of the highest success rates in spinal cord stimulation therapy—an accomplishment that reflects our commitment to excellence, rigorous technique, and ongoing innovation. Seeing patients regain mobility, reduce medications, and reclaim their lives is the success that means the most to us.
